Superintendents' Community & Tribal Engagement Fund

Engagement Fund

The Superintendents' Community and Tribal Engagement Fund was created as a tool for supported park units to grow deeper relationships with gateway communities and tribal partners. Often times National Park units have a "color of money" challenge related to how budgeted funds are allowed to be spent that can make hosting consultations, planning events and youth programming particularly challenging. This fund is designed to grant each park superintendent with up to $300 per year to host community and tribal engagement activities. If you would like to contribute to this fund, you can mail a check with "Engagement Fund" in the memo line or use our online donation portal and add "Engagement Fund" to the notes section.
